The COC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable tax exempt organization, which provides financial support for programs such as ABC Cares, a program providing much needed assistance to low income students and their families in the ABC Unified School District.

Students and their families are provided with basic needs such as shoes, clothes, food vouchers and other essential needs to allow them to attend school and participate in school and in society.

The COC Foundation is funded by fundraising activities of the Optimist Club of Cerritos, as well as through the generosity of donors such as you. 

On April 13, 2024, The COC Foundation will be holding our Annual Gala Dinner, at the Sheraton Cerritos. We are looking for people like you to sponsor and attend this event to enable us to continue our work in our community.
